Agent parameters

Nova

Careful

High precision, slow and deliberate. Finds difficulty walls.

Rook

Aggressive

Maximizes speed and score. Finds balance exploits and overflow.

Pip

Explorer

Tries every path and input. Finds dead ends and logic stops.

Match difficulty (casual, standard or hard) sets how much reaction noise agents get. Team plans can set custom agent parameters per build.

Status fields

Received
Demo is saved and has a reference. It's waiting for an agent slot.
Agent testing
Agents are running the build. Metrics and the AI report fill in as runs complete.
In rotation
The build is stable and appears in the 24/7 arena. Audience interactions count toward rank.
Ranked
The game has enough data for a stable public rank in its category.
Publishing
A category leader. The managed team is preparing channel materials and rollout.
Revise & resubmit
No publishing slot this round. Comments and heat stay on record, so revise and resubmit.
Not accepted
Not accepted for rotation, usually because the build was unplayable or broke the content policy.

Ranking rules

rank_score = 0.6 × playtest + 0.4 × audience

playtest = 100 × (0.45 × clear_rate + 0.25 × min(1, session / 240s)

+ 0.20 × min(1, d1_retention / 50%) + 0.10 × (1 − crash / 5%))

audience = 100 × (1 − e^(−(likes + 3 × comments + 2 × tips) / 450))

Only games in rotation, ranked or publishing are ranked. Audience score has diminishing returns, so a large existing fanbase can't buy the top spot. See the live results on the leaderboard.

FAQ

Do I pay for users or ads?+

No. Playcloud never asks you to fund user acquisition. Membership tiers differ by testing capacity and support, not by visibility you buy.

Does Playcloud take revenue share?+

Playcloud receives 20% of actual net revenue from managed publishing; developers receive 80%. Developers accept these terms before uploading a build. Statements are recorded from provider reports; this site does not initiate payouts.

What if my game doesn't rank?+

You keep the full record: comments, likes, tips and the AI report. Revise from that and resubmit as many times as you like.

Are the viewers real?+

Viewer counts are shown only while a match is on air. Comments, likes and tips are stored exactly as sent. There's no invented audience.

Is my build private?+

Your demo URL is shown only on your game page and to Playcloud reviewers. You can withdraw a submission at any time.

Which engines are supported?+

Anything that runs in a mobile web view: Cocos, Phaser, PixiJS, Unity WebGL, Godot HTML5, or plain canvas.
